Reservations

Rates:
Rental rates are for the entire home. Maximum occupancy is 7 guests.
1-3 guests - $200 per night
4-7 guests - $250 per night

Two-night minimum is required.

Special Event Weekends require a three-night stay.

• First weekend in May: Spring Release Weekend
• Second weekend in May: WW Balloon Stampede
• First weekend in June: Vintage Walla Walla
• Whitman & Walla Walla College Commencement weekends
  

Weekly rental:
1-3 guests -- $1,100 per week
4-7 guests -- $1,475 per week

The above rates do not include 10.6% sales and lodging tax, $60 housekeeping fee, and $100 refundable damage deposit.

Check in time is 4:00 pm
Check out time is 11:00 am unless other arrangements are made at time of reservation.

Reservations are not confirmed until confirmation message is sent.

Reservations may be made at any time with a deposit of 50% of the total rental fee, and are secured 21 days in advance with full payment. Cancellation of a reservation requires 21 day advance notice for a full refund. If you cancel less than 21 days from your arrival date, and the house cannot be rented to another guest, you will be charged one-night’s lodging as a cancellation fee.

Payment policy:
You may secure your reservation in one of the following ways:

1. Use PayPal, an easy, secure on-line payment system. Accepts VISA, M/C, American Express, Discover, on-line debit. a three-percent (3%) charge will be added to process PayPal reservations.
2. Send a check which must be received at least 21 days in advance of reservation date. Call (509) 520-2889 to arrange this form of payment.

Di Nonna is a nonsmoking property. (Granny would have never allowed smoking in her house!) Di Nonna also has a strict no pet policy. We will be happy to direct you to local boarding facilities for your four-legged companions.
